Working Principle

The chassis uses four N20 geared motors to provide movement and driving force. The motors can be controlled using a suitable motor driver connected to a microcontroller such as an Arduino or ESP32.

The two motors on the left side and the two motors on the right side can be controlled independently. This allows the robot to perform movements such as:

  • Forward
  • Backward
  • Left Turn
  • Right Turn
  • Rotation or Spin
  • Differential Steering

By adding sensors and programming the microcontroller, the robot can be converted into an autonomous system capable of detecting objects, following lines, avoiding obstacles, or competing in robotic competitions.

Applications

The 4WD N20 Motor Acrylic Robot Chassis is suitable for:

  • Mini Sumo Robot
  • Autonomous Robot Projects
  • Line Following Robots
  • Obstacle Avoiding Robots
  • Bluetooth-Controlled Robots
  • Wi-Fi Controlled Robots
  • Arduino Robotics Projects
  • ESP32 Robotics Projects
  • STEM and Educational Projects
  • DIY Robotic Vehicles
  • Robotics Competition Projects

Advantages

  • Four-wheel drive provides improved traction and pushing power
