The Solder Sucker Desoldering Vacuum Pump is a practical hand tool designed for removing molten solder from electronic components, PCB pads, and circuit boards. It is widely used for desoldering through-hole components, repairing circuit boards, replacing faulty electronic parts, and correcting soldering mistakes.

The tool uses a spring-loaded vacuum mechanism to quickly suck away molten solder. Simply melt the solder using a soldering iron, position the nozzle over the molten solder, and release the vacuum mechanism to remove the solder from the joint.

Its compact, lightweight, and reusable design makes it an essential tool for electronics hobbyists, students, technicians, repair professionals, and DIY enthusiasts.

Working Principle

The solder sucker operates using a spring-loaded piston to create a sudden vacuum.

  1. Press down the plunger to lock and compress the internal spring.
  2. Heat the solder joint using a soldering iron until the solder becomes molten.
  3. Place the tip of the solder sucker close to the molten solder.
  4. Press the release button.
  5. The internal spring rapidly moves the piston, creating a vacuum.
  6. The vacuum pulls the molten solder into the nozzle and chamber.

This process helps remove excess solder and makes it easier to remove or replace electronic components.
