The NJK-5002C Proximity Sensor is a reliable non-contact magnetic (Hall-effect) proximity switch designed for industrial automation, robotics, and detection systems. With its tubular M12 metal body and wide operating voltage range, it is ideal for detecting metal objects or magnets without physical contact.

How the NJK-5002C Proximity Sensor Works

The sensor uses a Hall-effect element to detect magnetic fields. When a magnet or metal object enters the sensing range:

  • Sensor detects magnetic field
  • Output transistor activates (NPN sinks current)
  • LED indicator turns ON

It is commonly triggered by the south pole of a magnet within its sensing range
