The 4S 16.8V 40A Li-Ion Cell BMS Charging Protection Module is a powerful Battery Management System (BMS) designed for 4-cell (4S) Lithium-Ion or Lithium Polymer battery packs with a fully charged voltage of 16.8V. With a continuous discharge current capacity of 40A, this module is ideal for medium-to-high power applications such as e-bikes, robotics, solar energy storage, DIY power packs, inverters, and high-drain LED systems.

It provides complete safety during charging and discharging cycles by preventing overcharge, over-discharge, overcurrent, and short-circuit conditions. The built-in cell balancing function ensures equal voltage across all four cells, improving pack performance, efficiency, and overall lifespan.

  • Overcharge Protection: Stops charging when cell voltage exceeds ~4.25V.
  • Over-discharge Protection: Cuts off output when voltage drops below ~2.7V per cell.
