With a continuous discharge current capacity of 10A, it is suitable for medium to high-power applications such as robotics, portable electronics, LED lighting, small tools, and DIY power storage systems.
This module ensures safe operation of your battery pack by preventing overcharging, over-discharging, overcurrent, and short circuits. Additionally, it incorporates cell balancing technology to keep all three cells at the same voltage level, ensuring maximum battery efficiency and extending the overall lifespan of the pack.
Technical Working & Protections
- Overcharge Protection: Automatically disconnects charging when the cell voltage exceeds ~4.25V per cell.
- Over-discharge Protection: Shuts off load when the voltage drops below ~2.7V per cell, preventing deep discharge damage.
- Overcurrent Protection: Cuts power if current exceeds the set safety threshold (~15A peak).
- Short-Circuit Protection: Protects battery and load in case of accidental shorting.
- Cell Balancing: Ensures equal charge distribution across all 3 cells.
- Automatic Recovery: Restores operation once voltage/current conditions are safe.
