Description

1. Industrial design, stable and reliable, with anti-static circuit, transient suppression protection, undervoltage protection, interface ESD and overvoltage protection;

2. Support a wide range of voltage 9-36V, maximum continuous load current 12A(without heat dissipation), 15A(simple heat dissipation), 20A(thick radiator);

3. Similar to L298 drive logic, can be three-wire (PWM,IN1, IN2) control speed, positive and negative rotation and braking;

4. Support full PWM, can directly use the key control forward and reverse, PWM effective range of 0.1%~100.0%;

5. Can provide 5V power supply for MCU and other controllers, and has 5V output overcurrent protection, and access signal overvoltage protection.

Control signal logic

Note: Where 0 is low level, 1 is high level, × is any level, and it is low level when hanging.

COM is the signal ground, 5VO is 5V output, can provide 5V power supply for MCU and other controllers; PWM pin can be connected with EXTERNAL PWM, if the use of key control mode, PWM pin should be connected with 5VO; IN1 and IN2 are two motor positive and negative rotation, braking (or brake) control signals.

1. The power supply voltage is 6V-36V (the voltage is too low and the load current is too high to damage the module, so the circuit board is marked 9-36V). The power supply must not be connected in reverse or over 37V; otherwise, the module may be burned out.

The rated current is 12 a. the rated current ranges from 12A to 15A for simple heat dissipation. The rated current ranges from 15A to 20A for thick heat dissipation. (Simple heat dissipation — for example, put 1mm thermal conductive silica gel pad under the module and then use 5mm copper column to fix the module to the equipment wall)

3. The control signal interface (orange) can provide users with 5V. The SCM does not need additional power supply, and the maximum power supply current is 0.5A.

4. High level voltage of control signal: 2.0V ~ 5.5V, compatible with TTL level of 3.3V and 5V;

Low level voltage of control signal: 0V ~ 0.8V, 0V when suspended;

When the control signal voltage is 5V, the control signal current is 50uA.

5.PWM effective range: 0.1% ~ 100.0%;

PWM signal frequency range: 0~100KHz (recommended 20KHz);

Minimum effective pulse width for PWM: 200ns
